Do you know what gimjang is?
DISCLAIMER: the kimchi may not ferment ^^;; because it’s wrapped in McDonald’s ^____^ but you can still eat it :) it just won’t be what you expect it to taste…..
who knows maybe it will ferment
don’t close it too tight, it needs air
check if there’s enough liquid for it to bubble everyday
